Women’s national team roster for Asian Games made public

Kazakhstan women’s national team has finished its training session in Kyrgyzstan which was part of the preparation for the Asian Games and the World Championship.
Two rosters of Kazakhstan women’s national team have been practicing in Issyk Kul for three weeks.
- The training camp was very productive; the team was working on physical and functional training, the girls did some sparring. From the 5th till the 17th of September the final training session before the Asian Games will be held – says the team’s head coach Vadim Prisyazhnyuk.
The coach has named the athletes who are to represent the country on the Asian Games. 51 kg – Zhayna Shekerbekova (champion of Asia), 60 kg – Gulzhayna Ubbiniyazova, 75 kg – Marina Volnova (Olympic Games bronze medalist, World Championship finalist, champion of Asia). Shekerbekova and Volnova are the two athletes who have experience of participation in the Asian Games.
