Honor guest as deputy of region akim Yerbol Nurgaliyev, Galib Jafarov, the honored boxing coach of Kazakhstan Felix Tsoi.
In the "Zhekpe-zhek" palace of single combats in Aktobe it was held the opening ceremony of ІХ international boxing tournament among 2002-2003 youth men on prizes of the World and Asian Champion, the Honoured Master of Sports of Kazakhstan Galib Jafarov.

Deputy of region akim Y. Nurgaliyev said:
- This year the international tournament takes place within "Men Aktobelikpin". The name of Galib Jafarov has made a big contribution to our city. The young generation has to know where our countryman has grown and has achieved great success. Our youth who has achieved great success has to be proud that they are Aktobe residents".
18 teams from all regions of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Russia consisting of 170 athletes participate in competitions. We will note that ІХ the international boxing tournament will be until March, 30 2018.
