The name of the new captain of the Kazakhstan National Boxing Team has been announced recently.
Coaches commission of the Kazakhstan National Team led by Mr Myrzagali Aitzhanov had a meeting and decided to assign this status to Mr Adilbek Niyazymbetov, who won silver medals at the Summer Olympics in 2012 and 2016. Mr Daniyar Yeleussinov, who has become the Olympic Champion in Rio used to be the captain of the National Team before.
